• L Marie is NOT responsible for delays with USPS or UPS shipping.
• L Marie is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
  

If you receive a damaged package or your package is lost, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

• L Marie is not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
• Once an item is dropped off at USPS, it is out of our control.

• Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to show.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.
